So this was years ago, right after college graduation. I was moving into my first apartment. It was summer and hot, and I had a lot of stuff to go up this narrow staircase into my third floor apartment. I had a college friend who lived in the area help me. It took most of the day and he was amazing.

In the later afternoon when we were done, I offered beer and to order pizza for his help. He flippantly, I think, said that effort deserved a blow job. I was not expecting that! - but I thought about it for a minute and decided he was right. So while he was sitting on the couch exhausted and sweaty, I took off my shirt and bra, and knelt down and gave him my best thank you :-)
