I (FTM26) am having top surgery tomorrow. I am very, very excited to feel more at home in my body and finish this part of my medical transition, but it has also been a great excuse to get some good use out of my tits before they're gone. My partner (27F) is supportive of my choice, but has also been extra excited to give me special attention before surgery (saying that it's because my tits are limited edition). She's had a wonderful time putting my nipples into her mouth and drooling all over them. The other day she held them and pinched my nipples between her fingers as I fucked her in missionary. It felt so good, and I really hope that I get sensation back in my nipples so I can enjoy the feeling once my chest has healed. I've been taking photos just to have them to compare once everything is changed.
