I live in a grouping of duplexes owned by two brothers ( I believe they inherited them) and am a student, and work a few part time jobs. My landlord and is in and out of my building a lot, making small fixes and working on upgrading our electrical or something. He is usually very good about coming in when it’s convenient for us as tenants and is all around a nice older guy. A few months ago I noticed that he would stare. Not super creepy but definitely noticeable. My friend was over and noticed it and after he left asked me if I had ever fucked around with him as rent. I laughed and said no but honestly the idea had crossed my mind already. He is probably 30? Years older than me, but is a good looking man and like I said he definitely stared at my chest like, a lot - Awkwardly a lot, and I felt like I could definitely flirt with the guy or something and got super high before he was to be in the building and ended up rizzing him up in my Halloween costume lol. He was hesitant and was super unsure and nervous because he is married but I ended up blowing him. This happened again with a bit more the day before thanksgiving. I should stop but I don’t think I am going to. I was told no rent for oct, nov and dec “for the holidays” but I know why.
