So when my wife and I were dating we decided to have a 3some (my idea) with a close friend of ours. It initially started with her sleeping with him after I passed out one night and then we slept together twice after that and enjoyed it. We then went our separate ways, he got married, I married her, and have been happily married for over 25 years. We occasionally will drift back to those days in bed during pillow talk for excitement. So what's happening now is we recently reunited with said friend and have hung out a few times. During pillow talk one night I had told my wife I didn't care if she slept with him or who she slept with I just wanted her to be happy. So a couple weeks ago he stopped by one evening for a few cocktails. I had went to bed and when I woke up seen the two of them on the couch playing with each other. I am upset over this whole ordeal. I know I had told her to sleep with whoever but once I seen it happening it hurt. We have talked about it extensively and even now if she said she wanted to have a 3some with him I would just to make her happy. But when she text him I get upset and jealous. Any advice on how to get over this one way or another?
