Hi Reddit,

I’m a modelling coach and scout - I work mostly with new and first time talent and their parents to get them prepared and started in the industry.

Part of the fun of my job is that I get to choose the pieces they model in practice shoots, the style of shoot I place them in, and what they should do at home and outside the studio as “practice”.

Of course I always choose styles and pieces and shoots that put the girls in a way that I want to see…

The industry has a lot of rumors about what goes on - and I’m sure I’ve contributed to that!

I even enjoy telling people what id do if i was to scout them or their daughter!

I love my job 😉
