I work in a small family run hotel and have been here around 2 years. Originally I’m from Spain but now live in the UK. I’m 31 years old now.

Me and my manager always get along well and around 1 year ago he asked me a favor. Basically his son has autism and low confidence with women. He was 19 at that time and is a university student. So he joked if i could flirt with him and give him some real confidence. Well it was a joke but suddenly the conversation was getting serious and to make a long story short, we agreed a plan that I would flirt and try to become his FWB and in return the manager would give me a small bonus each time. It was easy to because we were put on the evening/night shift alone together.

So yes… anyway it succeeded and we had sex and now continue to regularly. Usually he takes me into a vacant room and we do it there. Apparently his confidence and grades are doing good too!
