I have something to confess that I've never told anyone before. Between the ages of 19 and 21, I was with a cute guy. We got on really well and had a great time. Then I moved to another city to study and the relationship didn't make sense anymore. During this time, I also got on really well with his parents, who were still together at the time.

Three years later, I was back home for the semester break and met his father at the bakery. We walked a bit together and he told me that he was now living somewhere else because he had been separated for a year. We decided to meet up again for a coffee and it was a very nice afternoon, very informal and innocent. It became a little tradition over the next few days, as long as we both had time. At the weekend there was the annual village festival, where we didn't go together, but of course we chatted from time to time and even danced together.

We also went home together and he got a bit flirty for the first time, which I'm sure was due to the alcohol. I thought it was a bit strange at first, after all he was 30 years older, but I kind of went along with it because I liked the attention. We had another nightcap together and although he wasn't my type at all, I let myself in for more. We kissed and one thing led to another. We had several hours of really wild, raw sex and he really fucked my brains out. When we woke up the next morning, we were a bit shocked and both felt really guilty. Since then, our coffee dates together have become less frequent because we realized that we'd made a mistake - after all, I was still friends with his son. Nevertheless, we still write from time to time without it becoming sexual.

I'm now also taken again and my boyfriend sometimes wonders why I write to my ex's father.
