So my roommate is 19 and let’s say his name is Jake, we both have part time jobs but he earns more then I do and can easily cover our rent himself but we spit it 50/50 (or we used to)

Our current agreement is he pays 70 I pay 30 but I have to wear whatever he wants around the apartment but there are rules
