Being in your 40s comes with some perks. One of them is being comfortable in your own home. Feeling frisky the other day and not having a partner at the moment, I decided to sit in my living room and enjoy the mid-day lull by rubbing one out. Having the day off and knowing the neighbors around me all work during the day, I didn't bother closing the drapes going out to my back yard. There's a chain link fence between my back yard (if you can call it a yard; mostly a patio) and the neighbor's. I was pretty into it and just about to release when I notice my neighbor (F55) standing on her patio smoking a cigarette. I know she could see me, but didn't know how long she'd been there. Clearly we had made eye contact and she gave a smile, a nod, a jerking hand encouraging me to finish. I shook my head no and she put her hands together in a "pleading" way and then flashed me her bra'ed tits. I thought, fuck it! She gave me a show and I let her watch me finish. After I came she gave a wink and went back inside. I cleaned up, got dressed, and wandered out back to speak with her. She'd seen the whole thing (or most of it). Said it wasn't the first time she watched a guy, and if I leave my curtains open more often it won't be the last.
