“Your slut” vs “you’re a slut”

Post Body

For the first 14-15 months of seeing my now husband, we were just casually hooking up. In the early days of hooking up we were having sex at my apartment and he called me a “good slut”. Which I absolutely loved. My response was “your slut” and he had a really weird look on his face. I felt a bit awkward because maybe I shouldn’t have said I’m “his slut” if we were just casually fucking.

Cut to a few months later and somehow this gets brought up. I was comfortable enough with him to ask what had happened. He starts cracking up and admits he thought I said “you’re a slut”. To which he thought to himself “yeah I kinda am”.

4 years later and we still giggle just thinking about it. We both felt super weird and awkward and it was just a dumb mid-sex misunderstanding.
