So this started during the whole work from home lock down phase that I think a lot of people played around with or seeing what you can get away with under the view of the camera during a video meeting. Fast forward to today, and I'm playing the same game with online meetings from my office. Trouble with working as a Uni Professor is most colleagues don't provide the most enjoyable motivations...

My solution... start up new projects with my most attractive colleagues and arrange plenty of catch up meetings. Online meetings turn into edging sessions with spreadsheets and a much more enjoyable view. Even got a commendation from my department head to being such an 'attentive project leader'.
