Update - Solved !

Hey, I don’t know if this is the right place to post regarding this .. so sorry if it isn’t .. but I needed some advice.

I went to apply for sigen-ca certificate and the entire process has been a mess

First, when I went to them (like 3 - 4 weeks ago) with the application form .. they were like we cannot apply because we do not have your tax information on the system. Weird, I’ve been around for three years paying taxes and my info is not there. Anyways , I’m told to leave my application form with them and that I do not need to come back .. they’ll handle it.

More than a week later .. I receive the email part of the code and I was like .. okay it’s all fixed .. I should receive the post any day now with other half of the code. Fast forward to today .. haven’t received the post .. been 2 weeks.

Things I’ve tried so far 1. Wrote and called to ekc. 2. Went back to the application center.

Is there another way to get this digital certificate? I need it urgent

Edit : Also, should I apply for the certificate a second time ? Like will it cause any issue that I’ve applied for it twice ?
