Do we really think this is just the whole market being shit?

Comparably SOL is down 4.24% today, ETHER down 7.35%, BTC down 8.13%, DOGE down 2.39% and SHIBA down approx 5%. I Appreciate that these have different resistance levels but that is not the 20% we are down, what else was the catalyst?
Just looking for opinions, Iām HODL since pre-sale.
