Just began experiencing sleep paralysis.

I just started experiencing these about a month ago. At first it was just being unable to move and it escalated from there. I just woke up from one where I felt like someone had dragged me out of my bed and was holding me down. I could still hear the movie I’d fallen asleep too so it felt so much more real. I now have all my lights on and am wide awake. With what’s going on with COVID my doctors not taking anything but emergencies. So as someone who is completely new to this. What do I do? What helps? Please I’m terrified!
