Give Marv get Herbert?

10 man second year dynasty. Two QB league where QBs also get .25/completion standard ppr otherwise. I just won the ship, and my WRs are Marv/Ladd/Mooney/Pickens/doubs/kirk/roman wilson. QBs are Brrr/Goff/Rodgers. Guy is interested in Marv but I think I need more than just Herbert(he is also willing to move stroud and G Wilson) for him. Ideally Iād like to move Marv to try and get one of the elite WRs but a depth/3rd QB would be nice too at the premium. What more would you need to move Marv?
