i don’t know what just happened or how to explain it but i need to try. i went to sleep at exactly 4am which is really unusual for me but i cant sleep. i had a continuous dream and it was like a dream in a dream but numerous times. it’s hard to explain but in each of these dreams it was like i was on a video game but i was being chased, attacked, touched like on my arms or sexually but it wasn’t pleasant. i was being grabbed and beat and pushed. but not abused sexually. i can’t explain it.

i’m not sure what or who it was by. and the last dream. i’m in my bed and something gets onto my bed and touches me, it holds my arm, top of my thigh and somewhere closer to that. but it was like they were pressing down on all three places and just holding me down. and i physically couldn’t move a muscle.

i tried to call out for my mum, im not even going to pretend i didnt. but everytime i tried to scream it was like i wasn’t opening my mouth and it was just muffled. but i knew i was asleep because i was thinking maybe im screaming whilst asleep and she’ll come in and wake me.

it took all my effort but i managed to open my eyes and all i see on top of me is this black silhouette. it’s got long limbs and an oval head, like an abstract shadow. i managed to wake myself up and i can physically feel where this thing touched me.

what the hell just happened?!
