Hi everyone,
I recently had an oral appliance made for my sleep apnea. My sleep doctors recommended this treatment since I have mild apnea. Overall, it seemed like it was working well enough. My sleep institute is far away from where I currently live so I stayed at my parents after receiving the appliance for a couple days:
Since coming back to my apartment, I’ve not been having the same affect. I wake up with less headaches, and believe my snoring is better (I live alone), but I still wake up a lot throughout the night. I wake up tired, just maybe not as much as before
Did it take anyone else awhile to find their proper adjustments for the oral appliance? Ever since covid started I wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning every night.
