So on occasion I will not have my Cpap on / not in the same room as me and Ill have a rough night. Sometimes I sleep okay and wake up with a headache and other times I have a genuinely awful night. Last night I fell asleep after putting my son down and I woke up a few time but the dreams were vivid and upsetting. Mind you I had Chinese food for dinner which I know can cause strange dreams but man it was bad. Then from 7 am- 9am I would wake up every 3-5 mins in a semi-sleep state. Has anyone had this kind of experience ?
