I am playing a Nord scholar who is focused on learning everything about dragon shouts and reads every book. I did the Dragonborn quest up to the horn of Juergen and now just searching out all knowledge in Skyrim.
Who would be the best spouse for this character?
Would obviously recommend college of winterhold, and is it only dragon, or more linguistics in general, cause one could argue thieves guild line for gallus's notes in dwemer/falmer, or a few particular daedric quests for daedric understanding
I keep hearing that but have not once experienced him stealing a dragon soul, what do you mean by that exactly
And definitely most of solstheim questline

Ah, I wasn't aware of that, I've always either ignored that questline entirely, or blitzed through it
