Mayor of Value Town here sharing my experiences playing the game! Nothing like finding out that the team of Skylanders that I chose to go with is of the Tier 4 and Tier 5 variety :)

In the early game, I focused on what was intuitive, namely I simply built around making sure I had a Leader (The "Mighty" Wallop!) along with the always powerful Stealth Elf.

During my summons, I opened Deja Vu who seemed to synergize well with Stealth Elf due to Deja Vu being a buffer. While Deja Vu is considered low tier, I used what was given, so I paired Deja Vu with Stealth Elf for a mega damage Stealth Elf.

Since I started before the game was public I didn't have the information that's now shared here but I was about to head into Stage 3 normal myself and farm that Kaboom so that my clears didn't take 2 minutes each. I enjoyed reading the guides you guys have around, https://www.reddit.com/user/SkylandersROH/comments/b3010l/early_game_progression_and_what_units_to_farm/ in particular is pretty useful for getting to those higher Beast Labyrinth levels, Looking forward to going with the pack and picking up the Stormblade when I unlock the choice of 5*.
