UPDATE: Contacted the Sky customer support. Apparently, the cape was transferred to the account of my ex-girlfriend since when I purchased it I used her google account. Customer support says it's a common occurence that In-App Purchases gets transferred to "shared accounts" as they call it.
As for the fix, they told me that my ex-girlfriend should make a report that the cape was transferred to her account then mention the ticket number given to me as reference. Welp, I guess I just need to repurchase it 😅😆. Anyway, thanks for the help 😁
What happened: Just returned to the game and discovered that my founder's cape is gone. I remember buying it 1 year ago and using it a lot but now I can't find it in my cape list. Tried restoring purchases but nothing happened. Help please. Thank you.
