Prairie Cave shrine glitch?

When I meditated at the Prairie Cave shrine, it didn't count for the daily quest. Everything seemed to happen as normal but when I finished the quests completed thing didn't pop up. I left the area and came back. The meditation circle was back but as I walked up to it, it disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix?
