Can’t play with friend who plays on pc?

I play on ps4/ios, and on both versions I can’t join my friends who play on pc. I used to be able to, but now it says I’m on an old version and can’t teleport to them. I can teleport to other friends who play on switch or iOS and such, but it seems like the pc is on a different version? All my stuff is on the latest version btw
