I just bought a pair of supposedly refurbished Skullcandy Riff wireless headphones off the app Back market and the first time I went to use them they won't charge or if they show they're charged as soon as I take them off the charger they start blinking red again!This has happened with 2 pairs of Wireless earbuds I bought as well!Is it my fault or something I'm doing wrong?And btw the only way to communicate with the "company"is through emails,there's no customer service phone number?!The headphones look brand new and they have no scuffs or scratches or anything,so by looking at them it seems like they should work great,but they don't.Ive tried to reset them and I don't think it worked.Can anyone help? Please!
