Please help!!
Hi, I bought the Skullcandy Ink'd 2 earbuds from target like a year ago and they recently stopped working, the sound in the right ear and the microphone that's attached to it don't work. I paid around $12 for the earbuds, and the MSRP is $20. Should I bother sending it in for warranty if the shipping costs $7.75? Or I could just use stamps, but then I wouldn't be able to track my earbuds, and I saw on another post that they claimed that the package hadn't been received because they knew it couldn't be tracked (or they could be telling the truth). Or should I just use the money I would've spent on shipping on a new pair. Also, if they end up giving me a warranty credit for their website, wouldn't I still have to pay for the shipping on my new $20 earbuds since they only provide free shipping for like $50 and over? Sorry this is really long.
