Bluetooth earbuds ...

So disappointed in Skull Candy now. I got a set of their Bluetooth earbuds as I was always happy with the Skull Candy products I have owned in the past. I got home and charged them and the left side was dead. Messed with the earbud in the case and it would turn red for a second and then it would shut off. I did a search for the issue on Google and it seems this is a common issue. Either right out of the box or within a couple months ... even warrantied replacements did the same thing within a couple months. Is there a reason they aren't addressing this issue? I'm done with SC until I know this is fixed. So disappointed.

Anyone else have this issue?
