Hi lovely,

Who are your go-to skincare gurus or dermatologists with genuine advice and minimal sponsored content? Personally, I love Lab Muffin for skincare science. Dr. Dray is also very straightforward and great for affordable product recommendations, but she’s super anti-luxury skincare, which I don’t fully agree with (she bashes some brands that actually work well for me, like SK-II).

Also, for health coaches, I used to follow Glucose Goddess, but lately, I’ve seen people mention she’s pushing her own products about sugar spikes. Anyone else notice this? What do you think?
