Advice on how to reduce size and redness and make the pimples go away

Hello all I had this red pimple for a while now it was bigger and worse before but after a week of treatment I got it to where it is now and I noticed nothing much has changed. Is there any suggestions on how I can lessen the redness, the size, and just to make it go away completely? It feels soft and a little hard. Hopefully something can be done without needing to see a doctor. Any advice will help.
