What can I do, to eliminate or improve my skin on my forehead? It’s becoming a massive insecurity. (More info in comments).

I regularly was my face, I also use a Benzyl Peroxide cream, and now and again use a blackhead mask (not the one with the small gritted balls), as well as after, applying sunscreen to moisturise. Thanks in advance.
