Is Simple Kind to skin moisturiser good?

I use the Simple Rich Replenishing Moisturiser

This is the one I'm using. I have acne and my skin is dry and I've been using this for a while now.
I thought it was OK but it worries me that it has Stearic Acid in it which it says can block pores?
Then again I used to use Aveeno which has Isopropyl Myristate in which apparently is comodogenic but I had clear skin using that.
Any other recommendations if not?
