I received samples of La Mer hand serum (which they don’t sell?) and hand lotion but before I make the plunge, I wanted to see if you all had any other recommendations. Thank you!

It's not necessarily lux but I'm loving the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream. It's high glycerine and feels so hydrating in winter.

Yeah literally like the size of two peas is all I use. I'm also a weirdo who doesn't mind a slightly greasy feel (I prefer it over the tight, dry skin feel).
