I read somewhere here that the St.lves is good for exfoliating your body. I'm a guy and a complete newbie to this kind of stuff. I just wanna ask a detailed step by step process on how you use it (How long, how often, and before during or after showering. Also how in general like do you scrub in a circular motion), especially on the knees and elbows as I'm trying to reduce the darkness of my knees and elbows from doing sports.
I also would pair it with The Ordinary Glycolic Acid then moisturize with Lotion Moisturizing Cream.
