Hi guys, just wondering if something other than hormones could be the culprit here. I keep getting these painful red bumps that start off small and then grow and, in the process, hurt like hell. Most of the time, they come to a head so they end up looking like pustules and once they're gone, I'm left with bumps below skin that take forever to heal. This is where they show up only:

I have been trying to find the reason for a while since I'm on BC and my whole face is super clear except that area there and then I remembered that I drool in my sleep a lot. Like, every night. Like, it's beyond gross. And every morning I wake up with a trail of crused drool down these two areas exactly. I have some GERB issues and that causes the drooling, but could that be the problem? And if yes, how the hell do I solve it?
