Hi all! I need help finding a very gentle cleanser to use while I’m dealing with an eczema outbreak on my face.

I’m in the US and have dry, acne prone skin. I’m not looking for anything to treat my acne during this outbreak, just wanted to give some details.

I’ve cut all active ingredients out of my routine. Right now my routine is to wash my face once a day with CeraVe foaming cleanser and to use Eucerin Advanced Repair cream twice a day. Occasionally I’ll apply Aquaphor on top of the Eucerin.

The Eucerin is helping a lot. I wish I had B&A photos but I don’t. I’m just concerned I’m not using the correct cleanser as it says “for normal to oily skin” and I don’t want to dry out my face further.

Any recommendations for ultra gentle cleansers? Or, alternatively, should I skip cleansers altogether and just wash with water?
