I had an issue with self harm before and am over it now.
Only issue is that I’ve been having laser and they unable to do laser over legs where I have these scars. Attached is a picture of the scars which are raised above the skin.
My leg hair is incredibly hairy and I don’t want to shave over the areas in case I irritate the scars.
What do I do?
