Hello everyone,
I’ve been lurking on this sub for ages now, reading reviews and acquiring all the products I think necessary to help with my skin concerns. I’m a male in my early 20’s, with combination skin. The skin texture on my forehead isn’t great, given that I had acne during my teenage years. I have very mild rosacea on my cheeks.
AM routine: *La Roche Posay Effaclar foaming cleanser *Vichy Mineral 89 HA Serum *The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1% *The Ordinary Vitamin C 23% 2% HA Spheres *Clinique Moisture Surge 72hrs (water based gel moisturiser) *NIOD Modulating Glucosides *La Roche Posay Anthelios SPF 30.
PM routine: *Clinique Redness Reducing Gentle Cleanser *Vichy Mineral 89 HA Serum * The Ordinary Vitamin C 23% 2% HA *The Ordinary Buffet Serum *The Ordinary Granactive Retinol Emulsion 2% *Clinique Moisture Surge 72hrs *NIOD Modulating Glucosides
I use the chemical peel once per week.
I’m living in Ireland, which is fairly humid and low sun (53 degrees north).
I have been running this for a few weeks, and my skin does look and feel better. However, I’ve developed a couple of cystic spots on my forehead. I think this could be retinol uglies though!
What do you guys think of this routine? Is it too much or am I missing anything!
