I got diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago. I've never been one to stick to a skin care routine but lately my skin has been bothering me so much I feel like I need to. With a recent flare up of symptoms I've started getting acne in places I never have before such as my forehead and chest. Around my sideburns are also bumpy and discolored with more acne around there than Ive had since I was 14. My chin is super discolored, small bumps that don't seem to be acne, as well as acne on top of that. My nose has bumps, is oily, flakey (somehow!? Idfk), and has blackheads. Skin around my eyes always seems to be dry. My skin has never been this bad!! And on top of all of that, my peach fuzz is darkening.

I've heard that taking care of hormonal acne is a lot different than regular acne and I don't really know where to start. If anyone else here has PCOS and tips on how to manage it please let me know!
