I would think it has to be after sunscreen since sunscreen goes last in a skincare routine. But I’m confused because then it would seem to me that I’m not using it as a moisturizer but just as a primer. So would I use it both before sunscreen and after as well? Or use a different moisturizer before sunscreen? Or just use it when I won’t be wearing sunscreen like nighttime? Or forget about it as a primer and just see if it works for me as a moisturizer?
I just got the First Aid Beauty Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer. I’d like to try it out. I just don’t know how to use it as both a moisturizer and a primer. The directions don’t help me. https://www.firstaidbeauty.com/skin-care-products/moisturizers/hello-fab-coconut-skin-smoothie-priming-moisturizer
Skin type: combination
Concerns: balancing the oil, hydration and moisture of my combo skin, clearing acne (this has been accomplished pretty well with azelaic acid), fade dark spots from old acne
I only started a routine last November so I haven’t yet gotten to adding things like chemical exfoliants but that is on my list for sometime this year.
