Skin Type: Combination

Skin concern: I have break-out every month during my period (mostly around my cheek and jawline) so I'm trying to keep it in check. Also, I'm trying to battle my dehydrated skin and acne scar from my past.

Routine:

AM

Wash with water

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1%

Pond's Cream

The Ordinary Mineral UV Filters SPF 30

PM

Neutrogena Original Dry Face Cleansing Bar

The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% B5

Pond's cream

The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% EGCG (every other day for eyes only)

Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Night Mask (Sunday night, not with Retinol)

The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil (in winter months only)

The routine so far: My skin isn't getting irritated with Retinol (which is a good sign) and some of my small acne has cleared up. I'm loving Retinol so far but I'm a bit concerned using Retinol at night then The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution. I feel a bit of tingling sensation when putting the toning solution on but no redness or anything. But is it ok to use it like this with the toning solution?

Also, is using Retinol with The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% B5 effective? I have someone said to me that they have a similar effect to each other so I don't have to use them both. But I love Hyaluronic acid because it does wonders for my dehydrated skin....
