[Acne] Nearly 2 months of differin - no results

So ive been on Differin for 7 weeks total. After 5 weeks I changed to Epiduo (which is combination of differin and Benzoyl peroxide). So for 7 weeks now ive been using it and if anything my skin is worse than before
I know this product is supposed to cause purging, but im not even seeing a slight improvement in almost 2 months, when should I give up? My skin i still quite dry/burns after I apply Epiduo
