So basically I had some bad filler placed on my cheeks, I got it removed 3 later, the fillers were very lumpy on one side and put a lot of pressure on skin I think (only half syringe per side), after I had the fillers dissolved, had 2 rounds of disolvent. I was left granuloma on one cheek where lumps were its not totally horrible since its deeper under the skin its not that noticeable (looks like wrinkly skin sort of), it looks like patches of rough skin. Do you think over time this will resolve itself? Any idea how long I should wait? Or should I consider topical steroids or injections (which I heard can also bring damage).
