So a friend of mine recommended to use "cetaphil gentle cleanser" every morning and before sleep followed up with a moisturizer. The next morning i noticed my side lips were very dry and it kinda hurt when i stretch my face or even smile and i feel like cetaphil caused my skin to be so fucking dry and itchy.
Today's the 2nd day and some parts of my face are scalin.
Can someone help me :( i dont want my face to have permanent damage
