[Hair removal] Tweezing after waxing?

I have been getting my brows waxed for years and sporadically do other parts of my body as well. I have only ever been waxed at one spa but tried somewhere new yesterday for an underarm wax.

At the time of service, I was thinking she must have done a really good job because there was no tweezing afterwards to get stubborn/missed hairs. Later in the evening, I looked and I have quite a few strays but not broken hairs.

My question is, is tweezing after body waxing customary or is this something that may have been specific to the other spa I went to?

TIA
