First of all I just want to apologize for the terrible photos haha. About 5-6 months ago I was traveling and started to develop big cysts on my chin. They didn't go away, even after I came back home. They were big, itchy, flaky and really red. I'm still not sure if it's hormonal or perioral dermatitis (which I guess can be hormonal as well.) It spread from my chin to my upper lip/cheek area. Before this I had near perfect skin, so I was really confused! I still have a little bit of PIH but it's so much better than it has been! My routine is as follows: Morning: I don't wash my face unless I feel really dirty. I usually just let it be, splash it with water, or use an ACV toner (2/3 ACV and 1/3 distilled water.) Evening: - Remove makeup with an oil (I use jojoba and castor right now) - Cleanse with Burt's Bee's Daily Brightening Facial Cleanser with daisy extract - Same ACV toner as above - Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum - Moisturize with Juice Beauty (I don't do this everyday as I feel a simple routine is what helped me get rid of everything) The first photo is from 10/03, second is 10/16, third 10/23, fourth 10/31, and fifth is from today! (I'm at work and I feel awkward taking selfies, so I'll post a better one once I get home!

I think what helped the most was a simple routine, not over washing my face, and not picking! I'm also on birth control and have been taking Evening Primrose tablets and I drink spearmint tea!
