My makeup won't apply evenly in one spot and looks patchy. Only red Stridex pads help. Why?? [Routine Help]

So here is the best description of the issue I'm having. I asked this in MakeupAddiction awhile back, and it didn't really pan out. The issue occurs in between my eyebrows and a little further up my forehead. Just in that one isolated spot. Basically, when I put foundation and concealer there, I can't get a smooth application. It's almost like the makeup won't adhere to my skin. Everywhere else, I get an even, flawlessly covered application. In that one area, my makeup seems to get really sheer and thinned out in little spots. I end up with patchy-looking makeup, and I have to fight with it every single day. I try to apply more to sort of even it out, and it's almost like I just push the makeup around. I HATE it. The one thing that works? Oddly enough, it's the red Stridex pads. I have no idea why.

I'm guessing I have an isolated oil pocket there, but I don't see how that's possible. I always blot my face before I apply makeup, and I have been on Accutane twice. My skin just isn't oily anymore. It's actually quite balanced.

So here's what I have tried:

1. A topical psoriasis cream: Since I have psoriasis, I figured a flare-up was causing it. I've been using a prescription psoriasis cream on that spot every day for 3 weeks now, and it doesn't work.
2. Using a primer beforehand. It was the PrimeTime primer. It made no difference.
3. Physical and chemical exfoliation: Neither of these worked, no matter how frequently or infrequently I did it.
4. Completely overhauling my skincare routine: I used to use Neutrogena's orange stuff followed by Stridex and AmLactin. Then I switched to the Grapefruit scrub followed by Stridex and AmLactin. Thanks to a very kind and generous Reddit user, I now have a brand new routine. Now I use an oil cleanser followed by CeraVe's Foaming Cleanser and this moisturizer. In the morning, I use CeraVe's SA Lotion, making sure it's fully absorbed before makeup. I adore my new routine, and I've been keeping it up for a month now. But the issue between my brows is still there.
5. Looking into texture issues: I have checked for stray hairs, dry skin, lesions, etc., and there is nothing that would explain this. The area looks no different than the rest of my face.

It's not my makeup, because I've used the same makeup brands for years and this has only recently been an issue.

I just don't want to have to keep buying Stridex pads just for one area of my face. I just want to just apply moisturizer and start on makeup.

Anyone know what's going on?
