I always thought the sun causes you to wrinkle and look old? I lived a long time in Florida from 1-7 then moved to washington DC that doesn't have the much sun (4 months only in summer), but went back to florida from 18-25 and got lots of sun just from everday walking around playing sports, I was not a huge beach goer but would from time to time hit the beach. I am half latino so I have olive skin. I look really young for my age and only recently the last year have worn sunscreen daily. I eat super healthy and always have, did paleo since 19 and vegan for the last 2 years, lots of green juices and antioxidant supplements. I am 27 and everyone think I look 22, I am not trying to up myself. I can't even date girls my own age... I have to date girls that are 18-21 because all the other girls think I look young. And even identify with these younger people because people my age look uber. Anyways I recently have a language partners that are russian and ukranians because I want to learn Russian. They really old compared to me even if there a bit younger than me. But I was curious and asked them about beach going etc. and it seems like theirs hardly get sun theres only sun for like 2 months of the year, but they look withered and it shows in their face. Why is it then than that I don't look old compared to people that don't as much sun? Nutrition? My olive skin? Genes? This shouldn't be correct according to skincare addiction logic.
