"break out" is probably the wrong word-- it's more that i just get tons and tons of tiny, incredibly stubborn CCs, those ones that look almost like KP.

i've switched my shampoo, use no conditioner on my scalp (and i have long hair), scrub very well at those parts of my face and make sure to include them in my skincare. i don't use hair products very often, and when i do, it isn't the spray kind, it's gel with a spoolie for my baby hairs/bangs. i have switched to different kinds of pillowcases, and haven't noticed a difference. i have 2 pillows, and one i use only for sleeping on directly after doing all my skincare, and otherwise it's put away. i do sleep on my side, but the acne is worst along my chin/jawline, which is actually the part of my face that touches the pillow the least!

the one thing i haven't done is change my pillowcase more frequently. i'm in college, and doing laundry is not as easy (or free!!) as it was at home, and i only have 4 pillowcases.

is it possible this is hormonal? bc it doesn't seem to be possibly a product issue, since it's only in these specific areas. or do i have to bite the bullet and ask for a bunch of pillowcases for christmas, lmao.
