I live in Thailand where you can buy tretinoin over the counter very cheap. Most pharmacies have Acnetin-A and Retacnyl (picture below). The pharmacist told me that Retacnyl is the better brand and is the "original" so this is the brand I've been using for a while now.
Does anyone actually know if this is a good brand? I've been using it for a while now and had no side effects and feel that it's improving my skin, but want to check if there might be better options than this brand? Thank you.
