I generally have pretty clear skin, but sometimes after I have dairy or eat salty foods like instant ramen, I’m almost guaranteed to get pimples the next day. Is it related or completely placebo?

Okay, I’ve heard both that it’s a trigger and some derms on tiktok saying it’s a myth. I’ll do a bit more digging into this one!
