Hello! I'm starting to take care of myself, and I think I have a very dry skin? (Very darkened elbow) And as such, a relative of mine recommended to start applying lotion. I have a sensitive skin though, as I can only use the dove body soap (uh... the one with no smell?) or similar to it, since using a scented soap causes the same irritation that I'm feeling right now with the lotion.

For more information, my lotion is Nivea's Intensive Moisture Body Milk 5 in 1 stuff. Is my skin too sensitive for that? Or should I just ignore it and keep applying, that my skin will adjust to it? I live in a very hot region too, maybe that as well? (35c )

Edit: the irritation feels like a heat rash, and I'm currently treating it with a prickly heat powder.

Also uh... another question, do you guys apply lotion everyday? or every other day?
